Check out this short snippet of a small project we'll deliver in 2019 for the CHAINGES Cafe campaign. We also included below 4 of our MOST Impactful CHAINGES. Thank you so much to ALL of our Chaingemakers, and we're elated to more #CHAINGESAreComing with you soon! ps: in trying to choose we noticed there have been sooooo many amazing chainges made so we will definitely be sure to continue adding here for you to enjoy!
Establishing Our Core Strengths
In 2015, we established our core strengths to be identified in this process as #4Ps4Progress-- Profit (Financial Literacy) Positivity (Mental Health) Productivity (Entrepreneurship) & Pride (Arts & History), we our network's amazing support we were sponsored by Dr. Nzinga Harrison MD and Andrea & Erica Hamilton of Theory Communications PR.
Seeing CHAINGES for Years to Come
SERVICE is SO beautiful and we've been blessed to have MANY chaingemakers join us in our efforts. A few of our most impactful CHAINGES were made by then high schooler Tez on his birthday pictured on the left and a Mechanicsville youth whose shoe broke during our service day and were replaced with brand new shoes by another volunteer, B. Olsen.
Ushering Local & State Support
With core strengths established and a target audience selected, our service area was the only thing left to decide on-- and our heart and spirit settled in the Weed & Seed community of Mechanicsville. We joined other local organization for Georgia Gives Day to spread awareness about our campaigns, and we also stood with Mechanicsville's Own Jason Dozier for his city council campaign.
Developing Board Experience & Partnerships
Collaborating our core strengths and network allowed the Chainges fund life chainging opportunities we'll forever be grateful for; serving on Annie E. Casey's Community Initiative Fund (CIF) Board and being selected as 1 of 12 Be the Change organization at Sevananda's Natural Food Market will never be forgotten!
